If you don't love your purchase from Titleys Footwear. We will happily offer an exchange, refund or store credit providing the conditions outlined in our policy below have been met.

- Items must be returned with the original receipt and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must not have been worn and must be in a saleable condition. All swing tag labels and tickets must be attached.

- Any boxed items must be returned in their original presentation boxes and then wrapped in an outer protective wrap.

-Additional fees may be charged if the box or item is damaged.

Once we have received your return, we will assess the item/s. once approved your return request will be processed.
